If the customer has any RO service history with this dealer in their DMS it will be listed in this section.

Click "Show More" beside an RO date to show the associated information:

'Complaint, Cause and Correction' information is included if available from the DMS.

Click the arrows to navigate to previous or next reports in the list.

Note: A good practice is to review the last couple of ROs to get a feel for whether or not the customer has been performing or missing critical maintenance services and to familiarize yourself with what has been done to the vehicle.

Pre-Service Write-Up reports from previous Advisor Check-In write-ups are listed here, including the customer's signature.

Note: To preserve the integrity of the Pre-Service Write-Up document, completed versions of the PDF will always appear with the template used at the time it was signed. Subsequent changes to the template, such as revised disclaimer language, will be ignored.

MPI reports from previous inspections are listed here, if Technician Inspection is enabled at your dealership.

Click "Show Full Report" next to an inspection date to see the associated report.

Refer to the "Technician Inspection Help Guide" for more information.

Service quotes from previous Advisor Check-In write-ups are listed here. There are two types of quotes to select:

• Internal Quote which includes pay type, labor hours, part number, part quantity and line pricing and is for use internally at the dealership.
• Customer Quote which is for the customer.
